Privacy and committee enquiries
Contact information and the details to include in privacy, security, accessibility and procurement requests.
Version 1.1 · Updated 7 September 2026. Published by Glu IO Pty. Ltd., the owner and operator accountable for Helper Shifts. Committee-specific agreements take effect when signed.
Service contact
Service operator: Glu IO Pty. Ltd. — owner and operator of Helper Shifts, ultimately accountable for the service.
Privacy, security and committee enquiries: A monitored service contact is awaiting confirmation. Existing users can contact their group organiser through their usual committee communication channel.
Include your group address, the nature of your request and a safe way to reply. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, student records or identity documents in an initial message.
What to include
For privacy requests, include your group address, the relevant account email, the kind of information involved and whether you want access, correction, deletion or a complaint investigated. Verification should be proportionate and arranged through a safe channel.
For committee enquiries, identify your organising group, intended use and any particular contract, residency, assurance or accessibility requirements. Ask for a confirmed provider register and completed DPA schedules.
For accessibility, describe the page or action, device/browser and barrier encountered, and the alternative format or assistance needed. Do not include sensitive student information.
Contact and response status
Glu IO Pty. Ltd. is the accountable owner and operator for privacy, security, accessibility and procurement enquiries. If no email is displayed above, use your existing organiser communication channel for current bookings; a general organiser channel is not a substitute for a supplier’s accountable privacy officer.
No guaranteed response time or continuously staffed support desk is claimed. Report service incidents to Glu IO Pty. Ltd. and the affected committee organiser. Existing statutory rights and regulator complaint routes are unaffected by these documents.
