Your name, email and account details are used to set up and administer your group. Only create a group if you have authority to act for your committee or association. Read the terms before inviting volunteers. Committee use does not make a school a customer or operator of Helper Shifts.

As a group administrator, use helpers’ names, email addresses and phone numbers only to administer their scheduled shifts and contact them about those shifts, including reminders, instructions, changes and cancellations. You must not sell, share, publish or use helper contact details for unrelated purposes, including marketing, fundraising or mailing lists. Limit access to authorised administrators who need it for these tasks and protect downloaded copies. See the administrator contact rules for the full restrictions and legally required disclosures.

Glu IO Pty. Ltd. owns and operates Helper Shifts and is accountable for the service and its handling of personal information. Service data is stored within Australia. External email and support providers may handle information overseas. Read our privacy policy for access, correction, deletion and complaints, our hosting details, and our terms.
